Scope of Work
Our team was brought in to install 2,500 sq. ft. of Highland Blend turf throughout the lakeside property. The project required careful planning and precision due to limited access and complex site conditions.
Our work included:
- Base Preparation: Grading and compacting a stable base near the retaining wall and fence line.
- Turf Installation: Highland Blend turf installed with clean seams and detailed cuts around fence posts and landscape borders.
- Seam Work: Multiple tight seams were custom-fit to navigate the narrow fence line and elevation changes.
- Edge Finishing: Turf secured safely near a steep drop-off, ensuring a polished and durable result.
Challenges
- Limited site access to transport materials and equipment down to the lakefront.
- Tight working area between the fence and a retaining wall drop-off.
