This Airbnb lodge needed a durable, low-maintenance landscape that would stay green year-round and appeal to guests. The existing sod struggled to survive due to heavy use, leaving the yard patchy and difficult to maintain. Our team was brought in to replace the failing sod with a premium synthetic turf system and an integrated putting green to elevate the guest experience.
Scope of Work
We handled all turf-related aspects of the renovation, from demolition to installation, transforming the property into a vibrant, resort-style outdoor space.
Our work included:
- Sod Removal: Full removal of the existing sod and sub-grade that was not draining properly.
- Base Construction: Installation of a new compacted base for stability, drainage, and longevity.
- Turf Installation: Highland Blend turf for a realistic, lush look that holds up to high traffic.
- Putting Green: Custom Premium Putt system for smooth, consistent ball roll — perfect for guest entertainment.
- Detail Finish: Clean seams and precise edges along the concrete sport court and landscaping borders.
Results
The new turf installation completely revitalized the lodge’s outdoor area, creating a durable and inviting space that stays pristine with minimal maintenance. The putting green adds a standout feature for guests, increasing both the property’s aesthetic appeal and rental value.
